I was surprised when I looked at the bottle, thinking I was drinking Moscato and then reading Chardonnay. This wine borders semi sweet and lacks the balanced and rounded buttery taste like a good Chardonnay should portray. The aromas are definitely of vanilla and peaches while the first impression is of honey and green apple. The finish is soft, smooth and very sweet as previously mentioned. I wouldn’t pair this with a meat dish, maybe fruit or dessert.
