Drink Dallas - Dallas Wine Trail

These four excellent wineries are all located within the Dallas city limits.  They may not the largest and most ornate establishments, but when it comes to the wine, these local wineries make some of the best wines made in the United States.

Schedule of events:

The wine and food tasting started at 11:00 a.m. and was over promptly at 5:00 p.m. Driving time from one winery to any of the other wineries is approximately 15 – 20 minutes.

There were 2 starting points for the tasting.  You had to start at either Inwood Estates Vineyards or at Times Ten Cellars.  It is your choice where to start.  This is where we received our ticket, crystal “Dallas Wine Trail” wine glass and our bottle of premium wine to keep.

After we finished the tasting of the wines and hor’devoures at each establishment we then went to the next winery of our choice and did it all over again until we had been to all 4 wineries.  We were sure to take our ticket and washed out our glass at each winery.

The average time we spent at each winery was around 30 minutes, so the trail took us around 3 hours to complete.
